Property Admin Pro is a comprehensive property management platform designed to facilitate communication, financial transactions, maintenance coordination, and administrative functions between property managers, owners, tenants, and vendors. The Service provides tools for lease management, rent collection, maintenance request tracking, financial reporting, tenant screening, and various other property management functions.
Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected. While we strive to maintain the highest standards of service, we cannot guarantee continuous operation without downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. The Service is intended for business and administrative use by property professionals and related stakeholders.
To use Property Admin Pro, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms of Service. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including the actions of anyone to whom you have granted access.

We are not responsible for any unauthorized access or use of your account due to your failure to keep your credentials confidential. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code. Violation of these laws through your use of the Service will result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.
Property Admin Pro, including but not limited to all software, designs, text, graphics, images, videos, and other content contained therein, is the exclusive property of Property Admin Pro or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes or lawful business operations related to property management.
You shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. You shall not download or save any content from the Service except as permitted by applicable law or with our express written permission. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any portion of the Service. You shall not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Service.
The names, logos, and marks associated with Property Admin Pro are trademarks of our company and may not be used, reproduced, or displayed without our prior written consent. Your use of these marks in any way that is likely to cause confusion or in any manner that disparages or discredits Property Admin Pro is strictly prohibited.
You retain all rights to any content you create, upload, post, or otherwise transmit through Property Admin Pro, including documents, messages, photos, videos, and other materials. By uploading or posting content to the Service, you grant Property Admin Pro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service and provide our Services to you and other users.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content you upload or post. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that submission does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. You grant other users of the Service limited rights to view and use your content as necessary for the functioning of the Service and the relationships between users.
Property Admin Pro has the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service or applicable laws. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaged in prohibited activities or whose use of the Service violates these terms. Repeated violations will result in permanent termination of your account.
Property Admin Pro may charge fees for certain services or premium features. All pricing is clearly displayed before you incur any charges. By initiating a transaction, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the services or products provided. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information. If a payment fails, we may attempt to collect payment using an alternative method you have provided.
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or as required by law. If you are charged in error, you must notify us within thirty days of the erroneous charge. We will investigate the charge and process a refund if appropriate. Any refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time, but no refund will be issued for prepaid services for any remaining period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing, introduce new fees, or modify payment terms with thirty days' notice. Changes to pricing will take effect for new services or upon renewal of existing services. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your use of the Service, including sales tax, value-added tax, or other similar taxes. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROPERTY ADMIN PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF PROPERTY ADMIN PRO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or quality of information provided through the Service. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Property Admin Pro shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in information provided by users. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information obtained through the Service before relying on it. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice, and information on the Service should not be construed as professional advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals before making any significant decisions based on information from the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Property Admin Pro and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms of Service, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
This indemnification obligation extends to claims arising from content you upload or post to the Service, misrepresentations made in your account information, transactions you conduct through the Service, and any actions or inactions that harm other users or third parties. You agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any such claims and to accept settlements we determine are reasonable.
These Terms of Service and your use of Property Admin Pro shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Property Admin Pro's principal place of business is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation with Property Admin Pro. If negotiation fails, either party may initiate binding arbitration or litigation as permitted by law. If arbitration is selected, any arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the rules established by the arbitration provider and applicable law.
Property Admin Pro may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in prohibited activities, or posed a threat to the security or integrity of the Service. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, non-payment of fees, harassment of other users, breach of applicable laws, unauthorized use of the Service, and repeated violations of community standards.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may retain your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and as required by law. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any financial obligations you have incurred. If you wish to terminate your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting us through our support channels. Data retention and archival procedures will follow our standard policies.
Property Admin Pro may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, applications, and websites. These third-party services are not controlled by Property Admin Pro, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, reliability, or practices. When you authorize integration with third-party services through your Property Admin Pro account, you are providing those services with access to information from your account. We are not responsible for how third parties use or protect your information. You assume all risks associated with third-party services, and Property Admin Pro shall have no liability for any damages or losses resulting from your use of third-party services.
You are responsible for maintaining backups and copies of all important data related to your use of the Service. While we strive to maintain secure, redundant systems, we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost or corrupted. You acknowledge that Property Admin Pro is not responsible for loss of data resulting from system failures, security breaches, or other events beyond our control.
The information you provide through the Service may be processed, stored, and maintained on servers located in different jurisdictions. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing of your information. We implement reasonable security measures, but you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and that the transmission of information over the internet is not entirely secure.
Property Admin Pro reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service or any features thereof at any time, with or without notice. We may temporarily suspend access to the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational purposes. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuation of the Service or any features thereof. If the Service is permanently discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and will make reasonable efforts to preserve your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, shall be severed from these Terms of Service. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision of these terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Property Admin Pro.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Property Admin Pro regarding your use of the Service. This agreement supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
